Thomas Toth

He has been recognized by the Association for Talent Development (ATD) as a leader and expert in the field of eLearning and is a frequent speaker with topics including e-Learning design and general Web-based technology. He is an expert in multimedia design and uses these tools to create user-friendly programs that are graphically dynamic, quick loading and easy to navigate.

Working with Caras Training since 2008, Thomas Toth makes training content and activities come alive. Contact centers, retail outlets, corporate offices and executive Leadership teams have experienced Mr. Toth’s abilities to deliver on-point skill development programs that improve real world performance.

Trainer training is a passion of Thomas’. He has helped develop nearly 100 business professionals into effective facilitators who bring all types of training to life. He is a frequent coach for managers and trainers.

Thomas Toth is a Certified Developer, and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from California State University, Fullerton; and a Master’s in Educational Technology from Pepperdine University.

Mr. Toth’s fourth book “Technology for Trainers, Second Edition”, was released in September 2016 by ATD Press.
